The Fitness Technology Olympic Platforms and Portable Squat Rack

There are two versions of the Fitness Technology Olympic Platform. The Olympic training Platform and the Olympic Performance Platform with 400Series Force Plate

The Fitness Technology Portable Squat Rack is a great addition to any of these platforms or any Gym.

The Olympic Performance is also available with th Fitness Technology Iso/Pull Rig. You can view a video of the Iso/Rig Being used to conduct an Isometric Pull by clicking here.

The Olympic Training Platform

The Fitness Technology Olympic Training Platform

Fitness Technology has built a 2.4m x 2.4m Olympic Training Platform that will enable customers to do a DIY platform using 2 x off the shelf standard size MDF base sheets (2.4m x 1.2m x 32mm Thick) and 1 x Marine 5 Ply sheet (2.4m x 1.2m x 19mm thick) with 2 x Plate bump strips made from recycled granulated tyres (each strip 2.4m x 0.6m x 19mm). Total height of the Olympic training platform is 51mm with external L shaped MS frame.

The Olympic Performance Platform with 400 Series Force Plate

The Fitness Technology Olympic Performance Platform with 400 Series Force Plate

Fitness Technology has also built a 2.4m x 2.4m Olympic Performance Platform with a well to fit a 400S Force Plate with under floor data cabling + an option to fit an overhead LPT Platform. This platform uses 6 x standard size MDF base sheets (2.4m x 1.2m x 32mm Thick) and 1 x Marine 5 Ply sheet (2.4m x 1.2m x 19mm thick) with 2 x Plate bump strips made from recycled granulated tyres (each strip 2.4m x 0.6m x 25mm). Total height of the Olympic performance platform is 115mm with external L shaped MS frame.

The Portable Squat Rack

The Fitness Technology Portable Squat Rack

The Portable Squat Rack (PSR) features - made from Heavy Duty RHS 65 x 65 x 3mm wall thickness with tilt to move rollers (as shown). PSR comes with *machined slide & lock slots 8cm apart with numbered increments, with *slide & lock adjustable Barbell hooks & bottom Range Of Motion (ROM) safety bars featuring Polystone liners (for no metal to metal contact points). (ROM safety bars ideal for hang clean applications) *Fitness Technology Registered Design.

The Portable Squat Rack has a simple Tilt to Move function that means a single person can easily move the Sqaut Rack.

The Adjustable Bottom Range of Motion Saftey Bars and all other points that make contact with the bar are protected by polystone to prevent any metal to metal contatct.

The Squat Rack uprights have numbered increments at 8cm intervals for ease of adjustment.
