Is ISOTRONIC really better for you?

Introducing new Isotronic hydraulic Anabolic Resistance Exercise for Health program
Safe concentric load bearing resistance training
Combating Chronic Disease with the Isotronic Anabolic Resistance Exercise program

What are examples of PREVENTABLE Chronic Disease that an effective anabolic resistance training program can avoid?

coronary heart disease (atherosclerosis, heart failure, hypertension, and stroke)
obesity
Type 2 diabetes
some cancers
Osteoporosis
Sarcopenia

Why is the Isotronic Hydraulic resistance equipment safer & superior than other resistance equipment? It has NONE of these problems:

Free weight and pin-loaded exercise equipment requires an extended period of learning the correct techniques which delays progression and requires extensive supervision by trained personnel.
People develop considerable muscle soreness when beginning a resistance training program using such equipment due to the muscle damage that the eccentric (lowering) phase of the movement produces.
This reduces motivation for participants and can result in significant attrition from the program.
Use of free weight and pin loaded equipment can be noisy, take up a large floor space, and be difficult to keep tidy, all of which are considerations particularly in a hospital or aged care residential setting.
There is an increased risk of injury when using free weight or pin loaded equipment because of the weights involved and the momentum that can be developed.

Fitness Technology research work on the Isotronic Anabolic hydraulic resistance training program is conducted at the Edith Cowan University Biomedical & Sports Science Faculty http://www.sebhs.ecu.edu.au
